→The large resident’s lounge is the heart of our communal areas. Whether you want to relax in front of the fire or have a BBQ on the communal terrace and loggia, anything is possible here.
→Oak panelling and natural stone floors also create a special atmosphere in the residents’ communal spa area. Decorative elements inspired by the traditional Heimatstil design celebrate the interplay of light and shadow.
→Two saunas are ready and waiting for you to indulge in their wholesome heat after a long day in the mountains. The private terrace is ideal for cooling off.
→We’ve designed a cosy cinema room for families and film buffs. Grab the drinks and popcorn, get comfortable in one of the lounge chairs and enjoy a film.
